The idea is simple really. I am giving myself 12 weeks to drop 30lbs and get down to 200. Hence, road to 200.
Thought you should know also that as I am writing this, I am enjoying a Diet DP and Starburst jellybeans. Count it as my last meal before I begin a diet that I will chronicle here in this blog. It may be boring at times but you will experience the highs and lows with me. I will let you know how I feel as the days pass and share simple observations as I attempt to swim upstream in a river that will try to force-feed me crap at every turn.
My journey will take me to the gym, weekly runs, six meals a day, and endless trips to the bathroom. One gallon of water a day will do that to a guy.
Why blog? Good question. I haven't let myself get to 230lbs because I am a disciplined person. I eat like crap, workout ocassinally, and call it a day. Keeping a blog, daily, will force me to stay on track or look like and idiot trying.
Anyway, tomorrow begins the Road to 200!
